Description:
Alserh Group is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join its team in Dubai, focusing on high-rise construction projects. This position plays a critical role in ensuring projects are executed efficiently by maintaining control over costs, managing variations, and delivering accurate financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in high-rise developments within the UAE and a strong understanding of cost management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and tender documentation
• Monitor project expenses and track cost performance throughout all phases
• Manage and evaluate variations to ensure financial efficiency and project viability
• Conduct thorough cost analysis and present regular financial reports to management
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure budgets and timelines are aligned
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in quantity surveying
• Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects and prior UAE work exposure
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
• Strong proficiency in cost estimation tools and financial analysis methods
