Description:
A company based in Abu Dhabi is currently looking to hire an experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to support construction and landscaping projects. This role is ideal for professionals with a solid background in cost management, contract administration, and project budgeting within the UAE construction sector.
The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed within budget while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and manage project budgets effectively
- Develop and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for construction and landscaping projects
- Handle contract administration, including reviewing terms and ensuring compliance
- Monitor project costs and implement cost control measures
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure financial efficiency throughout project execution
- Prepare reports related to project costs, variations, and financial performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- 4–8 years of hands-on experience in quantity surveying
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation, BOQs, and contract management
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and relevant QS software
- UAE driving license is preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
