Position Purpose
Spacemine Holdings Limited is in search of a meticulous Quantity Surveyor to serve as the financial anchor for our construction projects. Based in Kilimani, you will be the primary authority on cost estimation and contract administration, ensuring that our large-scale residential and infrastructure projects remain financially viable and strictly within budget.
The Mission
Your goal is to maximize value without compromising quality. You will oversee the end-to-end financial lifecycle of our developments—from initial BOQ preparation and tendering to final account settlements—providing the rigorous cost control necessary for project success.
Candidate Credentials

Work History: A minimum of 6 years of experience in quantity surveying, specifically within large-scale construction or civil infrastructure.

Technical Suite: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and modern quantity surveying software (e.g., WinQS, DimensionX, or Bluebeam).

Contractual Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction contracts (FIDIC/JBCC) and procurement methodologies.

Professional Standing: Membership or eligibility for registration with BORAQS or a similar relevant professional body is highly preferred.

Compensation & Career Path

Salary Package: Kshs. 105,000 – 150,000 Gross.
