Description:
LIFEPharma FZE is seeking an experienced QC Documentation Officer to become part of its Quality Control Documentation team in Dubai. This position is ideal for professionals with a strong background in pharmaceutical quality control documentation and regulatory compliance who are passionate about maintaining high-quality standards.
The selected candidate will play a key role in preparing and maintaining quality control documentation, supporting SAP documentation processes, managing change controls, and ensuring compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and regulatory requirements. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to support quality systems and continuous process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and revise specifications and Standard Test Procedures (STPs) for raw materials, packaging materials, intermediates, semi-finished and finished products, and stability studies.
• Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and General Test Procedures (GTPs).
• Create and maintain SAP inspection plans for batch result recording, Certificate of Analysis (CoA) generation, and batch release activities.
• Upload, manage, and maintain specifications, SOPs, STPs, and related documents in SAP.
• Initiate, monitor, and close Quality Control Change Controls and CAPAs.
• Support the implementation and validation of new SAP procedures, including System Requirement Specifications (SRS), risk assessments, and IQ/OQ/PQ documentation.
• Prepare Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) protocols and reports.
• Generate summary reports, trend analyses, and other QC documentation required for regulatory authorities and clients.
• Prepare analytical raw data sheets for raw and packaging material testing according to approved procedures.
• Report and document laboratory deviations, incidents, non-compliances, and Out-of-Specification (OOS) results.
• Ensure full compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), company procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in job-related, safety, and compliance training programs.
• Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the Head of Quality Control or designated representative.
Requirements:
• M.Sc. in Chemistry or Bachelor of Pharmacy.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical Quality Control or QC Documentation.
• Experience working with SAP documentation and quality management processes.
• Excellent documentation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical quality systems and regulatory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of:

• SAP Quality Management and Documentation
• SOPs, STPs, IQ/OQ/PQ, CAPA, Change Control, and OOS documentation
