Role Overview
Emirates Falcon International Private School is recruiting an English Teacher and a Business Teacher to support students’ learning in Al Ain. Each teacher will plan and lead subject lessons, assess progress, and help create a constructive classroom environment that contributes to students’ academic development.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and teach engaging lessons in English or Business, according to the assigned position.
- Develop lesson plans, learning resources, and assessments suited to the subject curriculum.
- Maintain a welcoming, inclusive classroom where students can participate productively.
- Track students’ learning and provide clear, constructive feedback on their progress.
- Encourage students to take part in lessons and build their subject knowledge.
- Use appropriate teaching approaches to support learning and manage classroom activity.
- Coordinate with colleagues, parents, and school leaders to help address students’ learning needs.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject.
- Recognized teaching qualification.
- Relevant teaching experience.
- Strong command of the subject curriculum and effective teaching methods.
- Skills in lesson planning, assessment, student engagement, and classroom management.
- Clear communication skills and a commitment to students’ academic development.
