QA/QC Manager

A leading organization in Abu Dhabi is looking for a highly skilled and experienced QA/QC Manager to lead its Quality Assurance and Quality Control operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a strong quality management system while ensuring compliance with international standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.

This role requires a strong technical background in quality systems, leadership capabilities, and the ability to coordinate across departments and projects. The selected candidate will play a key role in maintaining ISO standards, supporting audits, and driving continuous improvement across all organizational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the QA/QC department, including staff supervision and daily operations.

• Ensure all company processes comply with the established QA/QC Management System.

• Report directly to the Chief Executive Officer regarding quality performance and compliance.

• Maintain and enforce compliance with corporate policies and procedures.

• Oversee ISO 9001 certification requirements and implementation.

• Coordinate with senior management and project teams to ensure QA/QC compliance across all projects.

• Provide QA/QC support during tender and bidding processes.

• Implement and monitor quality management systems across all operational areas.

• Prepare and manage external audits of the Quality Management System (QMS) and liaise with auditors.

• Conduct training programs and promote quality awareness among employees.

• Ensure compliance with QMS and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 8–10 years of QA/QC experience with at least 3 years in a managerial position.

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems.

• Experience in construction, industrial, manufacturing, oil & gas, or related industries preferred.

• Certified Lead Auditor (ISO 9001) or equivalent quality certifications will be an advantage.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
