Role Overview
This position supports day-to-day service delivery through basic computer-based tasks and other duties appropriate to the role. The appointment requires a minimum level of secondary education and confidence using common computer applications.

- Use computer applications to complete relevant work tasks.
- Enter, update, or retrieve information using digital tools when required.
- Follow workplace procedures when handling assigned tasks and information.
- Support routine operational activities as directed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade of C- or an approved equivalent.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
