Job Summary
We are seeking a relationship-driven, proactive Property & Client Relations Officer to support our property acquisition, landlord onboarding, leasing, and portfolio development tracks. Your primary focus is to identify and engage developers, asset owners, and investors to expand our commercial, residential, and serviced apartment inventories. This position bridges tactical real estate marketing with structured client account management; you will guide asset pipelines from early site inspections and due diligence coordination through to lease execution and long-term stakeholder care. The role demands an energetic market professional who can seamlessly navigate field-level property viewings while presenting polished, high-value investment options to corporate clients and developers.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Onboarding & Portfolio Expansion
- Identify, engage, and recruit landlords, institutional property developers, and external agents to scale the company's real estate database.
- Assist with property acquisition pipelines, performing preliminary site assessments and coordinating essential legal and structural due diligence checks.
- Locate and evaluate strategic land acquisition leads, supporting stakeholder conversations and commercial transaction workflows.
- Keep an accurate, real-time central database of property listings, current availability matrices, and pricing logs.
Lease Coordination & Apartment Management
- Support end-to-end leasing operations, managing prospective tenant sourcing, onboarding schedules, and formal lease agreements.
- Coordinate day-to-day operations, setup, and guest service standard updates across our serviced apartments and short-term accommodation units.
- Serve as the primary operational bridge between property owners and incoming tenants to secure seamless move-in timelines.
- Run routine field inspections and client viewings, ensuring properties are perfectly prepared to support quick closure.
Client Services & Relationship Insulation
- Cultivate and protect high-trust working networks with property owners, real estate funds, land buyers, and residential tenants.
- Field investor and client inquiries quickly, delivering clear property profiles, yield performance metrics, and transaction steps.
- Resolve property complaints, tenant issues, and landlord escalations professionally to preserve high brand satisfaction ratings.
- Upsell auxiliary property management, interior setups, or secondary investment opportunities to current property owners.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Track competitive rental yields, localized pricing trends, and new development layouts across Nairobi to guide investment choices.
- Maintain complete and confidential files covering property deeds, client interaction summaries, active lease contracts, and viewings.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly pipeline charts and monthly property acquisition performance summaries for executive management.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Entry Criteria
- Academic Foundation: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Property Management, Land Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related commercial discipline.
