Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily vehicle movements for project staff, guests and deliveries in a safe and professional manner
- Ensure the security of the vehicle and passengers at all times.
- Ensure assigned vehicles are well maintained
- Adhere and operate project vehicles in line with the project policies and traffic regulations.
- Prepare and Maintain vehicle logs for fuel, mileage and service records
- Ensure all vehicle related invoices are accurate, correspond with supporting documents and are submitted in a timely manner for payment processing.
- Report mechanical issues and other vehicle related matters promptly for action
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor
Job Specification:
- At Least KCSE certificate or an equivalent qualification
- Must have a valid driving license, class BCE
- Must have a valid certificate of good conduct
- Have at least five (5) years’ experience supporting donor projects
- Certificate in Basic Mechanics
- Certificate in Defensive Driving
- PSV Certificate will be an added advantage
