Description:
Vision Tech is looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to join its growing Construction and Interior Fit-Out team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates as well as candidates with up to two years of relevant experience who are eager to build a successful career in project coordination.
The selected candidate will support project execution by coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and site personnel while ensuring project schedules, documentation, and communications are managed efficiently. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors throughout project execution.
• Monitor project schedules, submissions, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Follow up on material deliveries, approvals, and site requirements.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination among all project stakeholders.
• Assist in maintaining project records and supporting daily project operations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in construction and/or interior fit-out are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of construction and interior fit-out processes is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform effectively under pressure.
• UAE experience is an advantage.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Construction and interior fit-out processes
• Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and project documentation
• Project coordination, scheduling, and stakeholder communication
