Job Description

Specifically, the Product Associate Manager at Peach can expect to own the following elements:

  • Release & Testing Support
  • Support structured feature releases by coordinating UAT, maintaining testing discipline, and ensuring smooth validation before and after go-live.
  • Product Request Management
  • Own the structured intake, tracking, and organization of product requests to ensure visibility, clarity, and prioritization readiness.
  • Branch-Level Product Enablement
  • Drive branch-level adoption of product workflows by supporting rollouts, reinforcing compliance, and identifying operational friction.
  • Documentation & Training
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date product documentation while supporting onboarding and ongoing user enablement.
  • Operational Product Insights
  • Monitor product usage and operational patterns to surface adoption gaps, recurring issues, and structured feedback to the Product team.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Operations, or related field
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in operations coordination, product support, project coordination, QA testing, or a similar structured environment
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Comfort working with dashboards, spreadsheets, and internal systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication
