Description:
Ebonite Decor LLC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join their expanding team in the interior fit-out industry. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about procurement, vendor management, and ensuring project materials and timelines are efficiently managed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement activities, including sourcing and coordinating with suppliers
- Oversee the timely delivery of materials and track project inventory
- Maintain strong communication with vendors and internal project teams
- Ensure procurement processes align with project requirements and timelines
- Support project management by anticipating material needs and avoiding delays
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field
- 1–2 years of relevant UAE experience, specifically in the interior fit-out industry
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple suppliers and project timelines effectively
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
