Job Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality primary education within a faith-based context, integrating the British National Curriculum with Islamic values. You will play a key role in fostering a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for our young students.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the British National Curriculum and Islamic studies.
- Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
- Create a safe, supportive, and respectful classroom atmosphere that promotes academic and personal growth.
- Integrate Islamic principles and values into daily teaching and classroom management.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to ensure the holistic development of each child.
- Participate in school events, professional development, and curriculum planning activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (PGCE or equivalent preferred).
- Proven experience teaching primary-level students, ideally within a British curriculum school.
- Familiarity with Islamic education and an understanding of the cultural and religious context.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Commitment to fostering a love for learning and respect for Islamic values.
