Planning Engineer

Position: Planning Engineer

Job Description:

• Prepare, develop, and monitor project schedules.
• Create baseline programs and track project progress.
• Perform resource planning, allocation, and leveling.
• Prepare project costing and support estimation activities.
• Monitor project cost vs progress and report variations.
• Coordinate with site team, consultants, and management.
• Identify delays and provide recovery and mitigation plans.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Job Requirements:

EXPERIENCE IN THE SAME POSITION IS A MUST.

• Strong knowledge of planning software: PRIMAVERA P6, MICROSOFT PROJECT, AND EXCEL.
• Ability to handle costing, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Good understanding of the UAE construction market.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 6,000 (based on experience)
