Position: Planning Engineer
Job Description:
- Prepare, develop, and monitor project schedules.
- Create baseline programs and track project progress.
- Perform resource planning, allocation, and leveling.
- Prepare project costing and support estimation activities.
- Monitor project cost vs progress and report variations.
- Coordinate with site team, consultants, and management.
- Identify delays and provide recovery and mitigation plans.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Job Requirements:
EXPERIENCE IN THE SAME POSITION IS A MUST.
- Strong knowledge of planning software: PRIMAVERA P6, MICROSOFT PROJECT, AND EXCEL.
- Ability to handle costing, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Good understanding of the UAE construction market.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 6,000 (based on experience)
