  • Evaluate prescriptions for potential drug-drug interactions or therapeutic duplications before dispensing.

  • Maintain an empathetic, high-standard customer service environment to address all patient inquiries professionally.

Inventory Governance & Quality Control

  • Monitor branch stock levels systematically to prevent stockouts of critical chronic and acute medications.

  • Conduct regular audits of drug inventory, tracking batch numbers and expiration dates to ensure zero waste.

  • Supervise the proper storage conditions for specialized pharmaceuticals, ensuring temperature-sensitive items are stored correctly.

  • Reconcile daily stock movements and update pharmacy management software meticulously.

Regulatory Protocols & Governance

  • Execute all pharmacy practices in strict alignment with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB) regulations.

  • Maintain comprehensive, confidential dispensing logs and narcotic registers as required by law.

  • Prepare documentation and actively support internal quality audits and external regulatory inspections.
