Description:
Imtiaz Developments is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations across its UAE workforce. This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional with extensive UAE experience who can ensure accurate payroll processing while maintaining compliance with local labour regulations and company policies.
The successful candidate will manage the complete payroll cycle, maintain strict confidentiality, and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and statutory requirements. Experience with Oracle HRMS or Oracle Fusion Payroll and a background in the real estate or construction sector will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the complete end-to-end payroll process with accuracy and confidentiality
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, WPS, EOSB, payroll taxation, and statutory regulations
• Process payroll using Oracle HRMS or Oracle Fusion Payroll
• Maintain payroll records and prepare payroll-related reports
• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate employee data and payroll calculations
• Resolve payroll-related queries and support continuous process improvements
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years of payroll management experience in the UAE
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HRMS or Oracle Fusion Payroll
• Master’s degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Experience in the Real Estate or Construction industry is highly preferred
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality
• Strong knowledge of:
• UAE Labour Law, WPS, and statutory compliance
• Payroll taxation and End of Service Benefits (EOSB)
• Oracle HRMS / Oracle Fusion Payroll systems
