We’re Hiring: Outlet Supervisor (Age 30–40)
Khalidiyah, Abu Dhabi (Near Corniche) | Full-Time | On-Site
Al Farah Gourmet & Butchery is looking for an experienced Outlet Supervisor to lead daily operations at our Khalidiyah branch. If you’re strong on service, fast execution, and premium food retail—this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily FOH/BOH operations: opening/closing, cash handling, shift rosters, and team briefings
Drive sales & service KPIs (AOV, conversion, basket mix, NPS) and coach the team on upselling
Ensure hygiene & compliance: ADAFSA standards, temperature/expiry logs, FIFO, cleaning schedules, pest-control follow-ups
Inventory & merchandising: GRN checks, stock counts, wastage control, attractive displays, price/label accuracy
Coordinate orders and deliveries with kitchen/butchery; handle guest recovery professionally
Manage aggregator dashboards (Noon, Careem) + WhatsApp ordering alignment; keep menus and availability updated
Report daily sales, variances, and maintenance issues; execute promo/seasonal plans with Marketing
What You’ll Bring
Age requirement: 30–40
2–4 years in retail/F&B supervision (butchery/gourmet/supermarket is a plus)
Bilingual: Arabic & English
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and hands-on floor presence
Solid understanding of HACCP/ADAFSA, inventory control, and cash procedures
Flexible for shifts/weekends/peak seasons; immediate joiners preferred
Valid UAE Residence Visa required
