What You’ll Do You will be the heartbeat of the bar and restaurant—driving its energy, shaping its personality, and ensuring every guest walks away delighted.
Responsibilities
Brand & Experience Leadership
- Own the outlet’s vibrancy; events, partnerships, ambience, and guest engagement.
- Bring fresh, exciting ideas to life—concepts, promotions, entertainment collaborations, and seasonal campaigns.
- Work with Marketing to tell compelling stories across digital and social platforms.
Revenue & Performance Excellence
- Lead outlet P&L, menu engineering, and revenue-boosting strategies.
- Deliver four+ standout promotions per year across digital and inhouse channels.
- Track REVPASH, APC, guest spend, and booking patterns to drive continuous growth.
- Partner with Operations, F&B, Sales, and the Executive Chef to maximise yield and elevate the dining experience.
Event & Experience Curation
- Oversee décor, layout, signage, and event setups to ensure brand-perfect execution.
- Craft captivating event descriptions for web and social use.
- Prepare monthly ROI, revenue, trend, and competitor analysis reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Restaurant Administration, Business, or related field.
- 4+ years’ managerial experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality operations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Highly organised—able to multitask, prioritise, and manage complex projects with grace.
- Crazy affinity for learning.
- Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, holidays.
- A team-centred mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Must have successfully managed a stand-alone bar and restaurant with unbelievably high turnovers!
