Life Line Screening is hiring Remote Outbound Call Center Representatives to join its growing healthcare team. This role offers an opportunity to support patients by providing information about preventive health screening programs while working from the comfort of home.
The successful candidate will connect with patients through outbound calls, educate them about screening benefits, help overcome participation barriers, and deliver excellent customer service. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy communication, problem-solving, and working in a performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make 100–150 outbound calls per shift to patients regarding their screening kits.
• Educate patients about the importance and benefits of preventive health screenings.
• Explain how early detection can help identify and prevent serious health conditions.
• Identify challenges preventing patients from completing and returning their screening kits.
• Provide accurate information using a consultative communication approach.
• Deliver excellent customer service while achieving performance goals.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and de-escalate difficult situations.
• Maintain accurate records and follow established call center procedures.
Requirements:
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Experience or interest in working in a fast-paced outbound call center environment.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and conduct meaningful conversations with customers.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve performance targets.
• Stable work history demonstrating reliability and commitment.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED (Some college preferred).
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Customer service and outbound calling practices
• Consultative communication and patient support
• Call handling, problem-solving, and customer relationship management
Work From Home Requirements:
• Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
• Hardwired internet connection through Ethernet.
