Description:
NASQ is currently seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager to oversee and manage event execution and logistics operations. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in handling complex event setups and ensuring seamless coordination across multiple functions, including floristry and vendor management.
The selected candidate will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires a strategic thinker who can lead teams, streamline workflows, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations across events and floristry functions
• Ensure smooth and timely execution of all projects and event activities
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and external partners
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships and networks
• Lead and manage internal teams to achieve operational goals
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Ensure quality control across all events and floral production
• Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and improve operational processes
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager within event operations and logistics in the UAE
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of:
• Event execution and logistics management
• Vendor coordination and supplier management
• Budgeting, planning, and process optimization
