We are looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an advertising or signage company. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in project coordination, revisions management, and cross-team collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate projects across design, marketing, and production teams.
- Manage revisions and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
- Monitor project progress and maintain clear communication with internal teams.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and organizing resources for smooth operations.
- Ensure all operations comply with company standards and client requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an advertising or signage company.
- Proven experience in coordinating design, marketing, and production teams.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and revisions simultaneously.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.
- Valid driving license is compulsory.
