A healthcare organization in Dubai is seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to oversee daily clinic operations and ensure the efficient delivery of high-quality healthcare services. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who can effectively manage operational activities while supporting clinical teams and maintaining compliance with UAE healthcare regulations.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to optimize clinic performance, enhance patient experiences, and ensure operational excellence. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with hands-on experience managing outpatient healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic and ensure efficient service delivery.
• Support and coordinate with the clinical team to maintain high standards of patient care.
• Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations, policies, and quality standards.
• Monitor clinic performance and implement operational improvements where needed.
• Work closely with senior leadership on strategic and operational initiatives.
• Manage administrative processes, staff coordination, and resource planning.
• Ensure accurate documentation and effective use of clinic management systems.
Requirements:
• Proven leadership experience in a clinical or healthcare environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Arabic language skills are desirable but not essential.
• Assertive, compassionate, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to balance operational responsibilities with strategic planning.
• Hands-on management style with experience working alongside senior leadership.
• Nabidh experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and compliance.
• Experience managing outpatient clinic operations and UAE healthcare systems.
