Operations Accountant

An established automotive showroom in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking an experienced Operations Accountant to support its day-to-day financial and accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have direct experience working in the automotive sector, preferably within a showroom or dealership environment.

The successful candidate will handle routine accounting operations, including invoicing, payments, reconciliations, cash handling, and daily financial transactions. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and familiarity with showroom accounting processes are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting and financial transactions for the automotive showroom.

• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and related financial documents.

• Perform regular account and transaction reconciliations.

• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash records.

• Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documentation.

• Monitor daily financial activities and ensure transactions are recorded accurately.

• Support the showroom team with routine accounting and operational finance requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Operations Accountant or in a similar accounting role.

• Automotive industry experience is mandatory.

• Previous experience in an automotive showroom or dealership is required.

• Strong understanding of accounting operations and daily financial processes.

• Experience with invoicing, payments, reconciliations, and cash handling.

• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

• Good organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced automotive showroom environment.
