A company is currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Officer – Internal Audit to join its team. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in finance or accounting who are looking to build their career in internal auditing, risk management, or the insurance sector.

The selected candidate will support internal audit functions by reviewing processes, ensuring compliance, and identifying areas of improvement within the organization. A strong foundation in analytical thinking and documentation is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting internal audits across various departments
• Review financial records, processes, and controls to ensure accuracy and compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• 1 to 2 years of experience in internal audit, finance, or risk management, preferably in the insurance industry
• Candidates pursuing certifications such as CA, CIA, ACCA, or CPA will be considered an advantage
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel skills
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation abilities
