Description:
A well-established organization operating within the import, export, and trading sector is currently hiring an Office Executive – Regulatory & Logistics to join its team in Dubai Industrial Park (DIP). This is a full-time role suited for candidates who are already based in the UAE and have a strong understanding of regulatory coordination and logistics documentation.
The position involves close interaction with regulatory authorities, suppliers, and logistics partners, ensuring smooth product registration, shipping processes, and accurate record management in compliance with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate product registration and approval processes with Dubai Municipality
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation while coordinating with freight forwarders and clearance teams
- Review and verify supplier invoices along with logistics-related charges
- Maintain organized and accurate documentation for compliance and audit requirements
Requirements:
- Previous experience in import/export operations or the food trading industry is preferred
- Familiarity with Dubai Municipality procedures will be an added advantage
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and reporting
- Good communication skills in English
- High level of attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
- Candidates must currently be residing in the UAE
