We are Hiring a reliable and organized Office Administrator to support daily administrative operations. This role reports to the MD.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Manage a team of 4 employees and overseeing the front desk and call centre operations
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails as required
- Meet with vendors and partners, Schedule meetings and maintain organized calendars for staff and management.
- Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence as required.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
