Description:
The Flower Guys is hiring a detail-oriented and organized Odoo Data Entry Specialist to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with strong hands-on experience in Odoo ERP who can efficiently manage data across multiple business operations.
The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records across Odoo modules including sales, purchasing, inventory, and accounting. The role also involves processing transactions, generating operational reports, and ensuring data accuracy to support smooth business workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
• Enter and maintain accurate data across Odoo ERP modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting)
• Process orders, invoices, and delivery notes within the system
• Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Generate operational reports to support decision-making processes
• Maintain and update large volumes of business data efficiently
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with company data management standards
• Support daily ERP-related operational tasks
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP
• Strong knowledge of core Odoo modules and workflows
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
• Ability to manage and process large volumes of data efficiently
• Good understanding of business operations and ERP systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Must be currently based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
• Strong knowledge of:
• Odoo ERP modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting)
• Data entry, validation, and reporting processes
• Order processing and invoice management systems
• Basic business operations and workflow managemen
