- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution;
- Registration Certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Kenya;
- Valid Practicing License from the Nursing Council of Kenya; and
- Certificate in Computer Application Skills.
Job Description
- Providing holistic care by assessing, formulating, planning, and implementing evidence-based nursing care;
- Conducting risk identification and assessment of individuals;
- Ensuring a safe nursing care environment;
- Conducting community health risk assessment and providing outcome-based interventions;
- Referring patients and clients appropriately;
- Facilitating patients’ admission and initiating discharge plans; and
- Maintaining nursing records on patients/clients personal and health condition/care
