A reputed contracting company based in Dubai is currently hiring experienced Male Nurses with a valid DHA License for ongoing construction site projects. This role is focused on providing essential medical support and healthcare services within active construction environments, ensuring worker safety and immediate medical assistance when required.

The company is seeking qualified nursing professionals with strong clinical knowledge and prior UAE experience who are capable of working in demanding site conditions. Candidates with construction site healthcare experience will be given preference due to the nature of the work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid and emergency medical care at construction sites

• Monitor and assess the health condition of site workers

• Respond quickly to injuries, accidents, and medical emergencies

• Maintain accurate medical records and incident documentation

• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards

• Coordinate with site management regarding worker health concerns

• Conduct routine health checks and basic medical assessments

• Manage medical supplies and ensure availability of essential healthcare equipment

• Support implementation of health and safety protocols on-site

• Report serious cases and escalate medical issues when required

Requirements:

• Valid DHA License is mandatory

• Minimum 2 years of UAE nursing experience required

• Previous experience in construction site or occupational health settings preferred

• Strong clinical and technical nursing knowledge

• Ability to work in challenging and fast-paced site environments

• Good communication and decision-making skills

• Professional attitude and strong sense of responsibility
