- Liaise with the medical team lead on new requests, assist in dispatching medical teams, and help prepare cost estimates and Guarantees of Payment (GOPs) for clients.
- Prepare and inspect all medical equipment, medications, and supplies before each mission, checking serviceability and ensuring everything needed for advanced life support is ready.
- Accompany patients on air ambulances, commercial medical escorts, and ground transport, delivering advanced life support, resuscitation, stabilisation, and continuous monitoring throughout the journey.
- Communicate patient status updates and estimated arrival times to the Control Room and other stakeholders while in transit, maintaining a clear chain of information at all times.
- Perform safe patient transfers between facilities, ambulances, and aircraft, including clinical handovers to receiving teams, completion of relevant documentation, and assistance with admissions, discharges, and immigration procedures.
- Clean, disinfect, restock, and maintain all medical equipment after missions, complete inventory checklists, and report any defects or shortages.
