Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or a subject-related degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent qualification
- Strong ability to deliver differentiated instruction and apply modern assessment techniques
- Experience with inquiry-based learning approaches
- Excellent classroom management and student engagement skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and motivate students effectively
- Willingness to contribute to extracurricular activities and school initiatives
- Strong communication skills along with proficiency in educational technology
- Familiarity with the American Curriculum or Common Core Standards is preferred
