1-Public Area Housekeeping Supervisor
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning activities across all public areas of the property
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently maintained
- Train, mentor, and guide housekeeping staff to improve performance
- Monitor operational efficiency and uphold service quality standards
- Previous experience in a similar supervisory role is preferred
2-Housekeeping Room Attendant
- Clean and maintain guest rooms according to hotel standards and procedures
- Replace linens, replenish amenities, and prepare rooms for guest arrivals
- Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness and readiness
- Report maintenance concerns or damages promptly
- Prior housekeeping experience will be considered an advantage
3-Guest Service Agent
- Welcome guests professionally and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and reservation-related matters
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain clear and professional communication with guests and internal teams
4-Bellman cum Driver
- Assist guests with luggage handling during arrival and departure
- Provide transportation services when required by the hotel
- Ensure vehicle cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance standards
- Hold a valid driving license and follow safety regulations at all times
