Available Positions & Responsibilities:

1-Public Area Housekeeping Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate cleaning activities across all public areas of the property
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently maintained
• Train, mentor, and guide housekeeping staff to improve performance
• Monitor operational efficiency and uphold service quality standards
• Previous experience in a similar supervisory role is preferred

2-Housekeeping Room Attendant

• Clean and maintain guest rooms according to hotel standards and procedures
• Replace linens, replenish amenities, and prepare rooms for guest arrivals
• Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness and readiness
• Report maintenance concerns or damages promptly
• Prior housekeeping experience will be considered an advantage

3-Guest Service Agent

• Welcome guests professionally and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and reservation-related matters
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain clear and professional communication with guests and internal teams

4-Bellman cum Driver

• Assist guests with luggage handling during arrival and departure
• Provide transportation services when required by the hotel
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance standards
• Hold a valid driving license and follow safety regulations at all times
