Job Description
Qualifications:
- Degree in Statistics, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 3+ years of experience designing and implementing M&E systems, preferably in development/non-profit sectors.
- Proficiency in logical frameworks, theory of change, and data collection methodologies.
- Experience with statistical software (SPSS, Stata) and digital data collection tools (ODK, KoboToolbox).
- Strong skills in data analysis, interpretation, and report writing.
