An organization in Abu Dhabi is urgently seeking a skilled and experienced MEP Senior Supervisor to join its team. This role is ideal for professionals who have a strong background in supervising MEP works and are capable of managing site operations while also contributing to business development through lead generation.
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining effective coordination between stakeholders. This is a great opportunity for individuals who can balance technical supervision with client interaction and project growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new project opportunities including villas, residential, and commercial developments
• Supervise daily site operations and manage MEP teams efficiently
• Ensure all project activities meet required quality and safety standards
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal departments for smooth project execution
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of assigned projects
• Address site challenges and provide effective solutions
Requirements:
• Proven experience in MEP supervision within construction projects
• Strong ability to generate and secure new project leads
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills
• Good understanding of site operations and safety practices
• UAE experience will be an added advantage
