Job Purpose
To promote hospital services and medical products, build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and achieve sales and outreach targets. The role also involves gathering market intelligence to improve hospital offerings and enhancing hospital visibility through outreach programs.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Promotion
- Conduct presentations to doctors, clinics, and pharmacies.
- Drive client acquisition and retention.
- Represent the hospital at medical conferences and exhibitions.
Client Engagement
- Build strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Provide timely updates and support to clients.
Market Research & Reporting
- Collect feedback and market intelligence.
- Prepare reports on outreach and sales performance.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing and clinical teams.
- Support cross-functional initiatives for hospital growth.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or Health Sciences.
- 2–3 years of experience in medical sales or healthcare marketing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and hospital services.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.
