Description:

Health Express Home Healthcare LLC is expanding its team and is looking for a skilled Medical Insurance Coder to join its Dubai office. This role is ideal for experienced professionals with a strong understanding of UAE medical coding standards and insurance claim processing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate medical coding, preparing insurance claims, maintaining compliance with DHA regulations, and working closely with clinical and billing teams to improve claim accuracy and revenue cycle performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign accurate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes for medical services.

• Review clinical documentation to ensure coding accuracy and regulatory compliance.

• Prepare and submit insurance claims in accordance with DHA and UAE insurance requirements.

• Collaborate with medical, billing, and operations teams to reduce claim rejections.

• Support claim audits and contribute to revenue cycle improvement initiatives.

• Maintain accurate coding records and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical coding within the UAE.

• Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.

• Experience with DHA regulations and UAE medical insurance claims.

• CPC, CCS, or equivalent coding certification is preferred.

• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.

• Experience in home healthcare coding is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of:

• DHA Regulations & UAE Medical Insurance Claims

• Medical Documentation & Revenue Cycle Managemen
