Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Identity: Develop and maintain consistent visual branding across all platforms, including digital, print, and retail environments.
- Digital: Conceptualize and design high-impact social media graphics and edit high-energy video content (Reels, TikToks, and Ads).
- Video & Motion: Shoot and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Ads) and create motion graphics to bring our products to life.
- AI Integration: Leverage AI content generation tools to streamline workflows, enhance creative output, and stay ahead of industry trends.
- OOH & Large Format Branding: Design high-impact Out-of-Home (OOH) assets, including billboards, wall branding, vehicle wraps, and point-of-sale (POS) displays, ensuring technical precision for large-scale printing.
- Multimedia Production: Assist in photography sessions, professional photo retouching, and motion graphics production.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the innovation teams to conceptualize campaigns for new product launches.
- Reporting: Use cloud-based tools to manage assets, track timelines, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience, ideally within the FMCG or Advertising sectors.
- Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects).
- AI Savvy: Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, or similar) to augment design processes.
- Portfolio Requirement: A world-class portfolio is mandatory. We are looking for proven experience in packaging design, typography, and video editing.
- Administrative Proficiency: Strong knowledge and experience in Google Workspace (Google Suite), including Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides for efficient team collaboration and reporting.
