Social Media Manager — NovaFleet

Role Overview

NovaFleet, a Trinova Technologies Limited brand working across IT, telecommunications, and mobility technology, creates software that helps African fleet operators manage driver pay, compliance, telematics, and maintenance in one place. As Social Media Manager, you will own NovaFleet’s voice across social platforms, turning complex fleet-tech and SaaS topics into short-form video, graphics, and written stories that build community and encourage platform adoption. The role blends hands-on content creation, field reporting, and performance tracking, with a direct line to how fleet managers, drivers, and transport businesses discover and engage with NovaFleet.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and run social strategies for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, then manage a content calendar that ties into product releases, company milestones, and logistics industry conversations.
• Create short-form videos from start to finish—filming, editing, and publishing customer interviews, feature demonstrations, and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Produce visual assets and written posts using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or comparable design and editing software.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to develop founder-led posts and thought-leadership content that reflects NovaFleet’
