haus & haus is seeking a creative and motivated Content Creator to work closely with one of the company’s top-performing sales agents in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys producing engaging short-form content and wants to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The successful candidate will create and manage social media content across TikTok and Instagram, turning fresh ideas into engaging videos that generate attention, audience engagement, and quality leads. Applicants must already be based in Dubai and be confident with content creation, editing, and social media storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create, film, edit, and publish engaging TikTok videos and Instagram Reels.
• Develop creative content ideas that align with current social media trends.
• Manage and grow social media content across digital platforms.
• Edit high-quality short-form videos using CapCut.
• Work closely with the sales team to produce engaging marketing content.
• Maintain a consistent content publishing schedule.
Requirements:
• Must already be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
• Up to 2 years of experience in content creation or a related role.
• Strong creativity and understanding of TikTok and Instagram content trends.
• Excellent video editing skills, especially using CapCut.
• Confidence working behind and/or in front of the camera.
• Ability to work independently, move quickly, and take initiative.
• Understanding of short-form storytelling and audience engagement.
• Experience creating real estate content is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of:
• CapCut video editing.
• TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Social media content creation and trend analysis
