Location: Flexible / Remote‑friendly with occasional on‑site visits

About the Role

We are hiring on behalf of our client for an exciting Marketing Coordinator role that offers flexibility and hands‑on involvement across the company’s poultry, dairy, and butchery operations. This is a perfect opportunity for marketing professionals, consultants, or part‑time specialists looking to lead campaigns, drive digital engagement, and deliver measurable impact in a fast‑growing food retail business.

You will be at the heart of the brand, combining creativity, digital expertise, and operational coordination to elevate the company’s presence across social media, paid advertising, retail activations, and customer engagement initiatives.

Note: This role offers flexible engagement; salary is open and will be competitive based on experience and scope of work.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Digital Engagement

  • Manage and grow social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Business) with a focus on engagement and brand storytelling.

  • Plan and implement monthly and weekly content calendars.

  • Create captivating posts, stories, reels, promotions, and short‑form videos.

  • Monitor community interactions and respond to customer enquiries promptly.

  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.

  • Define campaign objectives, target audiences, budgets, and timelines.

  • Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns through A/B testing and data‑driven adjustments.

  • Prepare reports on ROI, campaign performance, and recommendations for improvement.

Marketing Campaigns & Promotions

  • Develop campaign calendars for product launches, seasonal promotions, and special offers.

  • Coordinate digital, retail, and sales rollout for marketing campaigns.

  • Ensure timely delivery of promotional materials to outlets and partner locations.

Retail & Outlet Marketing

  • Support in‑store promotions, product sampling, and outlet activations.

  • Assist in marketing support for new store openings or expansions.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to boost foot traffic and conversions.

  • Ensure all outlets reflect the brand’s identity and quality standards.

Brand Management & Content Production

  • Maintain a consistent brand image across all marketing materials.

  • Coordinate the design, production, and distribution of posters, flyers, banners, and digital creatives.

  • Liaise with designers, printers, and external vendors to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Market Research & Performance Reporting

  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and growth opportunities.

  • Collect customer insights and feedback to inform marketing strategies.

  • Track KPIs and prepare regular marketing performance reports for management.

Marketing Administration & Coordination

  • Manage marketing budgets, schedules, and vendor records.

  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and industry regulations.

  • Maintain organized documentation of campaigns and activities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Agribusiness, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, FMCG, food retail, or agribusiness.

  • Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing campaigns.

  • Hands‑on experience with paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads).

  • Strong organisational, communication, and project coordination skills.

  • Creative, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, flexible environment.
