You will promote our programs, recruit potential students, and build lasting relationships within the community. Key Responsibilities

• Promote Milestone Institute programs and courses in your designated area.
• Identify and actively reach out to prospective students.
• Organize and attend local recruitment events and activities.
• Provide accurate, up‑to‑date information about the institute’s offerings.
• Maintain strong, professional relationships with prospects and community contacts.
• Achieve assigned recruitment targets within set timelines.
• Submit regular reports and provide market feedback to the management team.

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in any field (a higher education qualification is an added advantage).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with the local area and target audience.
• Previous experience in marketing or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and results‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and also collaborate effectively as part of a team.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• A valid means of identification and a smartphone for reporting and communication.
