We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Coordinator for one of our reputed clients in Dubai.
Role: Support daily logistics by tracking shipments, monitoring shipments, supporting mitigation plans, and ensuring clear communication across stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
· Monitor vessel movements, shipment status, and port conditions, escalating issues as needed.
· Coordinate rerouting, alternative carriers, and revised transit plans for smooth operations.
· Support management of priority shipments and urgent logistics requirements.
· Maintain accurate records of shipment updates, contingency plans, and carrier communications.
· Serve as a liaison between carriers, forwarders, and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
· 2 years UAE experience + 5–6 years supply chain experience (home country).
· Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
· Proficient in MS Office and shipment tracking systems.
