Job Description
- Verifying the documents received form the customers and issue both online and direct DO to customer.
- Collecting full payment from customers as per the payment procedure – bank transfer, PDC cheques, Current dated cheques and Cash reposit through SCDM machine (Smart Cash deposit machine) and cut the Receipts prior release of Delivery Order and issue NOC to customer
- Update DO validity based on the standard Free time or approved additional Free times
- Assisting to extend D/O validity after collection of the applicable charges invoice & receipts
- Preparing Daily D/O collections and closing reports
- Ensure filling the full set of Release Orders/Legal documents with the help office assistants
