Description:
Palm Living Interiors is currently seeking a highly organised and experienced Logistics Administrator / Coordinator to join its growing team in Dubai Investment Park (DIP). This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating deliveries, scheduling installation activities, and liaising with internal factory and fleet teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements. The role demands attention to detail, strong organisational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate delivery schedules and installation works for client projects
• Liaise with factory, fleet, and operations teams to ensure timely execution
• Handle client communication and provide updates regarding project timelines
• Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and schedules
• Support planning and coordination of daily operational tasks
• Ensure smooth workflow between internal departments and external clients
• Assist in resolving any logistical or scheduling issues efficiently
Requirements:
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Strong client communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Previous experience in logistics, operations, or coordination preferred
• Strong knowledge of:
• Logistics coordination and scheduling processes
• Client relationship management and communication
• Microsoft Excel and office administration tools
• Operational workflow and supply chain coordination
