Kindergarten Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join our Early Childhood Department. In this role, you will inspire curiosity, creativity, and confidence in young learners through play-based and interactive teaching methods. This is more than a teaching role—it is an opportunity to lay a strong foundation for each child's spiritual, emotional, and intellectual development.

Requirements

• Diploma in Early Childhood Development Education (ECDE)
• Plus 2 years of relevant teaching experience
• TSC Registration
• Valid Certificate of Good Conduct
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for working with young children
• Organized, nurturing, and adaptable

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with ECDE curriculum requirements
• Adapt teaching methods to cater to the specific learning styles and needs of individual learners
• Prepare schemes of work, lesson plans, and teaching materials
• Collaborate with the curriculum coordinator on subject curriculum organization
• Maintain discipline, structure, and a safe learning environment in the classroom
• Assess student work, mark assignments, and provide constructive feedback
• Create a stimulating and supportive classroom environment
• Nurture children’s emotional and social development alongside academic growth
• Encourage creativity and curiosity through structured play and interactive methods
