Deira Private School in Dubai is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented KHDA Coordinator to join its leadership support team. This role is ideal for a professional who is highly organized and committed to maintaining regulatory excellence while supporting the school’s continuous improvement initiatives.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the school meets all KHDA standards and remains fully prepared for inspections, contributing to the delivery of high-quality British education.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all compliance requirements in line with KHDA regulations
• Maintain and update accurate school records, documentation, and policies in accordance with KHDA standards
• Act as the main point of contact for KHDA and other relevant regulatory authorities
• Support school improvement plans and contribute to quality assurance processes
• Ensure the school is consistently prepared for inspections and regulatory reviews
👩🏫 Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Prior experience working in a KHDA-regulated school within Dubai
• Strong understanding of KHDA frameworks and DSIB inspection procedures
• Excellent organizational and documentation management skills
• High level of attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
• Effective communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
