Job Summary
The Key Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with convenience store chains. This role focuses on driving sales, ensuring excellent product availability and visibility, executing promotional activities, and achieving revenue targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales within assigned convenience store accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Negotiate product listings, promotions, and merchandising opportunities.
- Ensure optimal product availability, visibility, and compliance with agreed planograms.
- Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and customer orders to minimize stock-outs.
- Analyze sales trends and recommend strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and issue resolution.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and account performance reviews.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of key account management experience, preferably within the FMCG industry, handling convenience stores or modern trade accounts.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
- Good analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting tools.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel as required.
