Delivery Zone is actively hiring Junior Operations Coordinators to join their growing team at the Khalidiyah office in Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is ideal for motivated individuals who can effectively handle coordination tasks, communicate with teams, and support daily operational activities in a fast-paced delivery environment. Immediate availability is highly preferred for these roles.
The company is looking to fill two positions, each requiring specific language skills to support diverse operational needs.
Positions Available:
• 1 Arabic-speaking Junior Operations Coordinator
• 1 Hindi/Urdu-speaking Junior Operations Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in coordinating daily delivery and operational activities
• Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and internal teams
• Monitor operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely deliveries
• Handle basic administrative and coordination tasks
• Support the operations team in resolving day-to-day issues
Requirements:
• Candidates must currently be residing within the UAE
• Immediate joiners are strongly preferred
• Proficiency in English is required for communication and reporting
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
• Previous experience in delivery services or operations will be considered an added advantage
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
