A UAE-based organization is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Facility Engineer to join their team for an immediate start. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build their career in facility management and gain hands-on experience in building operations, maintenance coordination, and technical support activities.
The selected candidate will assist in ensuring the smooth operation of building systems and facility services while working closely with maintenance teams and external contractors. This position requires strong coordination skills, technical awareness, and the ability to support daily facility operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support day-to-day facility management and maintenance operations
• Assist in monitoring building systems such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing services
• Coordinate with maintenance teams, vendors, and contractors for repair and service activities
• Ensure smooth execution of daily facility operations and resolve minor technical issues
• Assist in preparing technical reports, documentation, and maintenance records
• Support inspections and routine checks of facility equipment and infrastructure
• Help in tracking maintenance schedules and service requests
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards within the facility
Requirements:
• Qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities Engineering, or related discipline preferred
• Strong willingness to learn and develop in facility management field
• Basic understanding of building systems and maintenance operations
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
• Candidates must be immediately available to join
• Preference will be given to immediate joiners

• Fresh graduates or junior-level engineers looking to build a career in facilities management
• Candidates with internship or basic MEP/facility exposure will be an advantage
