Sharjah National Travel & Tourist Agency LLC is currently looking to hire a motivated and detail-oriented Junior B2B Ticketing Agent to join its growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in travel operations who can efficiently manage ticketing processes while delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for handling ticket bookings, supporting B2B clients, and ensuring smooth coordination across various airline systems.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage flight bookings and ticketing operations using Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
• Provide support for B2B clients, ensuring accurate and timely service delivery
• Handle reissuance, cancellations, and other ticket-related processes
• Coordinate with airlines and vendors to ensure smooth travel arrangements
• Maintain accuracy in all booking and ticketing transactions
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
✅ Requirements:
• Working knowledge of major GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre
• Experience dealing with low-cost carriers (LCC) and their booking systems
• Strong skills in ticketing, reservations, and related travel services
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively under pressure
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
